The catamaran is designed as a hotel room providing tranquillity and privacy. A service boat is to deliver daily needs and cleaning service on a daily basis. A 3.5m tender is provided for each unit for the guests to access land when needed. Also private boat taxi services are oered. Even private meals can be arranged by the kitchen unit on the service boat. This business model also allows a much flexible investment plan due to the low cost of capacity expansion. The project aims to deliver a floating hotel room, with contemporary and milimalistic design.
